Eat. Train. Recover.Improve.

Most apps hand you charts and leave. Gainloop reads your food, training, sleep and body together, then tells you the one thing to do next — and shows the numbers it used.

Gainloop on an iPhone, showing the day score

The loop

Five questions. Answered from your own numbers.

  1. 01

Am I making progress toward my goal?

A 7-day average, measurements and photos — the trend, not yesterday's water weight.

  2. 02

Am I eating enough of the right food?

Calories that follow the burn on your watch, and protein paced through the day.

  3. 03

    Is my training actually working?

Records, estimated 1RM and a target for every lift next session.

  4. 04

    Am I recovering well enough?

Sleep, resting heart rate and HRV read against your own four weeks.

  5. 05

What should I change this week?

One next step, with the numbers it came from.

The Gainloop dashboard on a laptop

The dashboard, on the day this page was built. Real screens, not mock-ups.

Today

The whole day, one screen

Open it and see how much of today is done — food, water, training, sleep, habits. Tap the dial and it shows you exactly where every point came from.

  • A day score you can take apart, piece by piece
  • One coach note, with the data behind it
  • Today's session, recovery and weight trend together
Gainloop Today: 67% of today done, split across nutrition, water, training, sleep and habits

Food

Log a meal in seconds. Trust the number.

Photograph the plate, scan the receipt, scan a barcode, or just type a sentence. Receipts pull each item's published nutrition from the restaurant and show you the source.

  • Photo or sentence — estimates are labelled, and you can fix them
  • Receipts, with the restaurant's own numbers where they exist
  • Barcodes, food search and one-tap saved meals
  • A target that follows what your watch says you burned
The nutrition card: a calorie ring with protein, carbohydrate and fat rings

Training

Know what to lift before you walk in

Build the week around the days you can actually train. Log sets between rests, and leave with a number to beat next time on every exercise.

  • Three to six days a week, any split, 95 exercises with pictures
  • Next-session targets: add the rep, then add the weight
  • Records and estimated 1RM kept for you
A finished session: 17 of 17 sets, three records and targets for next time

Recovery

Measured against you, not an average

Apple Health brings sleep, resting heart rate and HRV. Gainloop compares them with your own last four weeks and says whether today is a day to push.

  • Last night against your four-week average
  • Resting heart rate and HRV against your baseline
  • A readiness estimate for training — and we say it's an estimate
The recovery card: sleep bars for the week, resting heart rate and HRV trends

Progress

Real change, not daily noise

Weigh-ins become a seven-day average. Measurements, body-fat readings and private photos sit beside your training and food, so you can see what's actually moving.

  • Weight, calories, protein, volume and sleep over months
  • Waist and measurements, body-fat readings with their source
  • Progress photos that stay private — no links, ever
Insights: thirty-day averages for calories, protein, weight change and working sets

The coach

It shows its work.

Ask it anything about your training, food or recovery. It answers from your logs, separates what was measured from what was estimated, and never edits your history or your targets on its own.

  • “Why has my weight stalled for three weeks?”
  • “Which lifts improved most this month?”
  • “How consistent was my protein this week?”
Answer from the sample account

“Yes — every major lift is getting stronger and body weight is moving at the right pace.”

  • — Bench press estimated 1RM up 26 lb in four weeks.
  • — Gaining 0.48 lb a week, inside the lean-bulk range.
  • — Eight lifting sessions in fourteen days, about 66 minutes each.
  • — Biceps and triceps: 0 sets logged. Start recording them.

Questions

Is this medical advice?

No. Gainloop is a general fitness and wellness tool. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything, readiness and AI numbers are estimates, and medical questions belong with your doctor.

How accurate are the AI calorie numbers?

Photo and description estimates are labelled as estimates, and you can correct any number before it saves. Receipts use the restaurant's own published nutrition where it exists and show you the page it came from.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. Everything works without one. With Apple Health connected, your calorie target follows what you actually burn and recovery gets a baseline to compare against.

Is there an app?

Gainloop runs in any phone browser and can be added to your home screen. A native iPhone app is planned.

Can I look around first?

Yes. Open the preview — it's a sample account with six weeks of real-looking data, and you can ask the coach a few questions. Nothing you do there is saved.
